James L. (RPI 2023)

Hello! My name is James Leibring. I'm actually Troy Tutors first ever hired tutor! I originally worked for the company back in 2021 and stopped to focus in on my studies here at RPI.

Now, after graduating and gathering up 2 years of Software experience, I'm returning! I've always had a passion for education and later on into my career, I hope to shift from Software Engineering to Computer Science education. What better way to stay in touch with the CS education scene than here! I genuinely care about helping anyone I can with the confusing and ever-changing field of Software, and it doesn't hurt that I'm getting paid to do so.

Outside of all of that, I love Basketball, Volleyball, and Tennis. You could also catch me playing D&D and Magic with friends. Its no secret RPI is a lot of work, but its important to make time for hobbies like these to keep your mind fresh!
